Natural face pack for beautiful skins

Face packs are softer and more porous types of facemasks. They improve circulation as well as cleanse and tauten the entire face.

The face packs discussed here are made of variety of fruits and vegetables. The juice of fresh fruits and vegetables tone and provide enzymes that help balance and cleanse the skin. Smash or pulp the fresh fruit and vegetables, then add fruit pectin, agar agar, clay or oat flour to firm the mixture so it does not slide off the face.

How to apply face packs for different skins

  • For Normal Skin, Use avocado, banana, cantaloupe, grape, peach, nectarine.
  • For Dry skin, try apple, avocado, banana, carrot, pear, melon or nectarine.
  • For oily skin, use cabbage , cucumber, lemon, pear, strawberry or tomato.
  • For mature skin, choose apple, avocado, grape or lemon.
  • For blemished skin, try apple ,cabbage, grape or tomato.

When applying a face pack:

  • Apply the pack with your fingertips. The skin on your face is extremely delicate.
  • Do not apply the pack too close to your eyes and mouth because when the pack dries and tightens on your skin it may harm these very delicate areas.
  • Apply cotton pads soaked in cucumber juice or tea bags soaked in iced water on your eyes. You could also crush mint and apply around the eyes. These are great for under-eye circles or to relieve stress.
  • Lie down as this is extremely relaxing and also prevents your skin from being stretched the wrong way.

some homemade face packs

  1. Banana pack- Mash one-fourth of a banana and apply to your face for 20 minutes .Then rinse with warm water then cold water and let pat dry. Warm water opens the pores and cold water closes the pores.
  2. Mix orange juice and very little amount of lemon and apply it to your face. Orange is rich in vitamin C and lemon both cleanses and closes the pores on the skin. Vitamin c is extemely good for all types of skin. If lemon causes some irritation then only orange juice can be applied to the skin. Wash when dry.
  3. Mash up a ripe peach and mix tablespoon brandy.leave four 20 minutes then rinse off.
  4. Papita is extremely good for the skin and just can work wonders. Apply papita to your face and see the difference.
  5. Apply juice of watermelon white pulp on your face. Wash after 20 minutes. It acts as a skin toner.
  6. Mash half of an avocado and apply to entire face. Dry four 20 minutes then wash off.
