Tips for Cellulite diet

First off, let me be honest and say that there is no such thing as a diet that cures cellulite. In fact, no diet is guaranteed even to reduce the appearance of cellulite. The best we can hope for, is to improve our inner nutritional health and thereby maximize our chances of the "cream-cheese" on our thighs gradually disappearing. So perhaps consider this so-called "cellulite diet plan" to be more of a healthy eating or cleansing plan.

Getting rid of cellulite

  1. Drink plenty of water to flush out the toxins stored in fat tissue. It is best to drink four to six glasses of water daily to help fight cellulite.
  2. Avoid excessive consumption of caffeine, alcohol, and foods high in fat or sugar.
  3. Try to eat natural food - this means lots of nuts, seeds, fruit and vegetables and avoid foods with lots of colorings, preservatives and additives.
  4. Avoid foods high in salt and refined carbohydrates like white flour, bread and rice.
  5. Try and do at least twenty minutes every day and make it part of your daily routine. Exercise will help tone weak and saggy muscles and help circulation and will improve blood flow to cellulite-prone areas.
  6. massage improves the circulation and toxins are flushed out too, but it is important to treat the whole body not just the problem areas.
  7. Don't take hot baths.
  8. Change from caffeine-laden tea and coffee to herbal teas and decaffeinated coffee. Sip pure fruit juices rather than fizzy drinks.

Cellulite home remedies

  • Half fill a bath with warm water and add an anti-cellulite aroma therapy oil blend (as described above). Soak in the bath for around five minutes and then start to run warm water through your shower attachment at the highest pressure. For approximately four minutes use low fluid strokes to massage your feet, calves, thighs and hips with water, always working upwards. Repeat for another two to three minutes but this time with cold water - the colder the better!
  • Use a massage glove or rough sisal mitt in the same way as above.
  • Always massage a cellulite cream thoroughly with your fingertips. It makes them double effective. Remember, the massaging action is more important than the cellulite cream.
  • For those dimppled areas, take affiliated coffee, grind it into dust & mix with cheap hand lotion, rub this into your problem spots for 60 second a day, then shower it off & watch those cellulite areas become smoother & firmer!
